New Business

I've not written much recently but there is a good reason for this. I have been busy composing our business plan to become the number 1 firm of choice to source roof-top real estate for clients seeking their own penthouse pitch. We have found an American firm with the fabrication capabilities, penthouses are their thing and they have manafacturing facilities in Europe. I'm not going into too much detail concerning the business plan suffice to say we need funding up to £80,000. We are still working on costings so a financial forecast has yet to be approved, that said if anyone out there is interested please contact us.

Sorry, not posted for a while. If anyone is interested there is some roof-space coming for auction in Lewisham on the 20-July-2006. Furthermore if you are also interested in our new roof estate sourcing service let us know. What do you get for this? We will identify potential roof pitches and make an approach on the property owners to ascertain whether they will consider selling their Air-Rights on a long lease. We will also scan auction houses and agencies for roof pitches. If an owner is receptive we will then put you in contact with them. We are hoping to expand this service to put you in contact with structural engineers, planning consultants, lawyers and architects to make your life easier. We are also exploring the potential of various modular design systems for roof top siting. In order to employ us you need to retain us with a £500 retention fee for 6-months. A finders fee (-) the retention fee is payable on acquisition of a site we find for you. (We refund the £500).
