Roof pitches

Sorry, not posted for a while. If anyone is interested there is some roof-space coming for auction in Lewisham on the 20-July-2006. We will identify potential roof pitches and make an approach on the property owners to ascertain whether they will consider selling their Air-Rights on a long lease. We will also scan auction houses and agencies for roof pitches. If an owner is receptive we will then put you in contact with them. We are hoping to expand this service to put you in contact with structural engineers, planning consultants, lawyers and architects to make your life easier. We are also exploring the potential of various modular design systems for roof top siting. In order to employ us you need to retain us with a £500 retention fee for 6-months. A finders fee (-) the retention fee is payable on acquisition of a site we find for you. (We refund the £500).
