This blog is here to explore modern prefab design and modular build technology. As we enter the 21st century there is a need to provide more housing which is both fuel efficient and has less impact on the environment. Modular build technology is not a new concept and is not well liked by the traditional building industry, understandably so. However old industries have often had to give way to new. The industry is now an exciting one to be involved in and the future is looking bright.
